Refund Policy

At TubeVendor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because our product is a digital, non-tangible software item with open source code, we generally generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or installed.
Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations before purchasing.
1. 15-Day Money Back Guarantee (Conditional)
We offer a refund within 15 days of your original purchase date ONLY if all the following conditions are met:
- Technical Failure: The software fails to function on your server environment, AND...
- Support Opportunity: You have contacted our support team, provided requested server access (if necessary), and allowed us at least 72 hours to attempt to resolve the issue, AND...
- Unresolvable Issue: We are unable to fix the critical error or provide a working solution.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:
- "Change of Mind": You decided you no longer need the software.
- Skill Gap: You lack the technical expertise to manage a VPS or configure the software (we offer managed installation services for this reason).
- Server Incompatibility: Your host does not meet the minimum requirements listed on our sales page (e.g., FFmpeg support, PHP 8.1+).
- Missing Features: You assumed a feature existed that was not explicitly advertised or demonstrated in the live demo.
- 3rd Party Issues: Issues caused by your hosting provider, domain registrar, or third-party plugins.
3. Dispute Policy
We take chargeback fraud seriously.
If you file a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, Bank) without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue:
- Your license will be immediately and permanently suspended.
- You will be blacklisted from purchasing future products from TubeVendor.
- We will submit evidence of your license usage, IP logs, and download history to the dispute center to contest the claim.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 1, please submit a ticket to our Billing Department with:
- Your Order ID.
- Detailed description of the technical error.
- Screenshots or logs of the issue.
We review all requests within 24-48 business hours.
