Terms of Service - TubeVendor

Welcome to TubeVendor. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing, installing, or using our software and services. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, TubeVendor grants you a reliable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for a single domain (unless a multi-license package is purchased).

Ownership: The software is licensed, not sold. You own the data you create, but the core code remains the intellectual property of TubeVendor.
Modifications: You are free to modify the source code for your own personal or business use.
Redistribution: You strictly may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the software code, either in part or in whole.

2. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our product. Our refund policy is transparent and strict to prevent abuse while protecting genuine customers.

Eligibility for Refund (15-Day Guarantee):
We offer a full refund within 15 days of purchase ONLY under the following specific conditions:

Technical Failure: If the software fails to function on your server AND our support team fails to resolve the issue within 72 hours of your support ticket.
Non-Delivery: If you do not receive the download link or license key within 24 hours of purchase.
Misrepresentation: If a core feature advertised on our sales page is completely missing.

No Questions Asked Refunds? No.
Since our product is digital, non-tangible software with open source code, we DO NOT provide refunds for:

"Changing your mind" after purchase.
Finding a cheaper alternative.
Lack of technical skills to manage a server (we provide installation services).
Server incompatibility (please check requirements before purchase).

By purchasing, you acknowledge that chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting support will result in the immediate revocation of your license and a permanent ban from our services.

3. Usage & Conduct

You agree to use TubeVendor only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your video content complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., US 2257 Compliance). TubeVendor holds no liability for the content hosted on your platform.

4. Support & Updates

Your license includes:

Free Updates: You will receive all minor and major updates for 12 months (or lifetime, if specified).
Priority Support: Direct access to our engineering team for bug fixes and critical issues.

Support does not cover custom development or modifying third-party plugins.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately without notice if you are found:

Distributing our source code on "nulled" or warez sites.
Using a stolen credit card for purchase.
Violating the redistribution terms.
